One of our favorite products are the assorted goodies that come from Coffee Break Designs. They create the most excellent do-it-yourself shrines and charms. All you need is some glue and a little imagination!
We love this project for easy mini decorative papel picado. Paint each flag with an oil based paint pen, once dry apply Dimensional Mod Podge. Allow to dry for 24 hours and it will give a perfectly coated glossy layer. String them together and you're done!
